Read the Home dashboard

Last updated on Aug 30, 2026

Home is the first page after signing in, and it answers one question: how has it gone so far. Everything on it is read for the period at the top, so the page is only ever as wide as the range you have chosen.

Choose what the figures cover

  • The period picker takes a range of your own or one of the presets, including All time, which drops both ends and loads everything there has ever been. The name in the field is always the range actually loaded.
  • Groups narrows the whole page to one or more of your location groups. No group at the bottom of that list is the addresses you have not filed in one, with its own count. The choice follows you to the reports and back, see filtering the list and using location groups.

Dates are your company's own: a night shift that runs past midnight is dated the way your business's clock reads it, not the browser's.

The tiles

Hover any tile to get the figures behind it.

  • Cost and Revenue are what has been invoiced in the period. The hover breaks the figure down: Counted is what the tile shows, Archived invoices is what was taken out of the books and deliberately left out of it, and Total incl. archived adds them back up. A business whose history was brought over from another platform gets one more line, Unattached lines from the old platform, for work the old system carried but never billed, which arrives archived for the same reason.
  • Revenue also carries a small bar under the number, splitting what has been sent from what is still a draft. The hover names both, with the number of invoices in each.
  • Locations counts your active addresses. The hover gives Active, Inactive and Total, so an address parked for the summer is out of the headline figure without disappearing. Under the number is what you hold as a subcontractor, addresses somebody else owns and handed to you.
  • Drives counts the completed work in the period, with the busiest work types under it and the whole breakdown in the hover.

The percentage chip beside a figure compares the period with the one before it of the same length.

If the money on screen is not for the room you are in, the sidebar has a switch that masks it, see hiding amounts on screen.

Below the tiles

  • Statistics charts revenue against the period, with the same figures as a table beside it, one row per week or month of the range.
  • Latest season activity is a card per winter season with its revenue, its drives and how it compares to the season before. It always covers the last five seasons, whatever the period picker says, so narrowing the range above does not empty it.
  • View location invites at the top right opens the addresses other businesses have offered you and are waiting for an answer on.

A municipality runs on call-outs rather than money, so the two money tiles give way to Active dispatches and Dispatches this season, and a second row adds drives per work type, who drove them and the distance covered, see what municipality mode changes.

When it will not load

A period with nothing in it shows zeroes. A dashboard that could not be fetched says so and offers Try again, so an empty period and a failed load are never confused for each other. The deeper cut of the same money, per customer, per subcontractor and per zone, is on the profit and loss report.
